Caution:
Do not enable Downlink unless you intentionally want MQTT traffic rebroadcast onto RF and you understand the network impact.

Baseline Settings That Almost Always Apply
- Primary Channel: enabled
- Encrypted Channel: add only if you need private group comms
- Hop limit: keep reasonable for your area
- Precise location: off on public channels for privacy
